Signe has carefully restored the Merchant’s Farm, undoing 60 years of modern renovations and bringing the house back to its original charm. She removed layers of plastic paint and floors, replacing them with lime plaster and uncovering the original floors. Built in 1920, the house has been returned to its historic state, allowing it to breathe again—a feeling that Signe believes comes through in the photograph.
Paper size: 40 x 60 cm, including a 4,5 cm white border
Printing quality and Paper: It is a giclée print on Somerset Satin 330 gr. from the English paper mill St. Cuthberts Mill, which has been making paper since 1736. The paper is a genuine fine art paper made mold made from pure cotton. Mold made is a technique that makes the fiber structure of the paper very similar to handmade paper. The paper has a natural white paper base, free of acid and optical bleach. Meets the ISO9706 museum standard.
